After 35 years of writing, Ron decided to share some of the things he's learned from others on the journey as a way of giving back to the writing community. Out of this desire to provide encouragement and a mentorship-style investment in other writer's work, LIONWORKS Agency was created.

When you engage LIONWORKS, you're enlisting dedicated, experienced professionals who want to champion the work that comes from within you, thereby allowing it to roar into life! From providing one on one support, multimedia workshops and presentations on writing, to providing services like Developmental and Line editing, we work hard with both beginning and experienced authors to help them polish their work, share their unique voices and grow their soul while doing so.

At LIONWORKS, we believe the author has the map within them to unlock their best writing. While we offer easy to understand guidance and unwavering support, we always look forward to learning right along with the writers we aid in this process.

LIONWORK’S seminar "Breaking Down the Dramatic Scene" was for me one of those rare experiences that completely changes the way you think about something. The prevailing wisdom around engaging a reader by immersing her or him in a well crafted scene made the seminar particularly pertinent. I will never think about creating a "scene" for a reader in the same way. It was like opening a window to a whole new world of story creation.
